Spread over two levels, this office was meant to be an earthy haven that steered clear of the mundane definition of a corporate office!
The engineered stone flooring that has the terrazzo feel to it forms the backdrop to this 7000 square foot duplex office! The sleek aluminum partitions and the wooden furniture bring a warmth to the space. The subtle details added to the furniture by Colonial Collections and the earthy jute fabrics by Studio Orion make every corner stand out! Subtle wall panels that are textured add depth to the space and the Nuance concrete wash basin counters with the peach brick tiles lend a unique vibe to the restrooms.
The client’s penchant for Indian crafts led us to the inspired ‘tolubommalata’ or leather puppets as part of the frames that hold pictures of their factories. The cork lights by Oorja at the reception resound this concept and the channapatna lights by Ashiesh Shah add a touch of inimitable luxury to the conference room and break away pantry.
Meant to be a somewhat formal office, the layers and details that we added without using too many different materials brought the space to life!
