Farzi
This 4,500 square feet lounge bar in the heart of Hyderabad seats 90 people and goes by the name of Farasha, meaning ‘butterfly’. The name itself formed our inspiration.
Different parts of the butterfly like its shapely body were derived to be pendant lights, it’s antlers also into floor lamps that align the comfortable couches and the cocoon shapes into danglers over the reception! The colours also pulled together rich hues of maroon, orange, hot pink, emerald green and a deep blue to form an unusual yet cohesive setting!!
The main challenge here was the height of the space that we tackled with using a black rock wool ceiling and partially gold mirror.
Velvet fabrics add to the glam factor while the brass front island bar takes centre and smaller elements of brass are spotted all over the furniture and other wall panels! The intention was to keep it clean, chic and classy yet with a fun factor to woo the guests!
