Terra Verde Villa

This large 5000 square feet space was part of an already iconic fabric, upholstery and wall coverings store in Hyderabad called Studio Orion.

The space had to mark their beginning and entry into the space of furniture and accessories! Their vibe was very Indian and rustic with beautiful and unique pieces! So our interiors had to build that background for them that could be used for anything .. a warm hug if you may that when you walk into envelopes you in subtle layers of finishes and wall textures. The maximalist in me was most happy styling the space and with Samir Wadekar styling up the shoot, it was notched up 10 times more!

The space is divided into an outdoorsy space that has this gorgeous distressed checkered floor, the walls flow into the central area – rustic in a muddy coffee brown color and were textured over naturally (well, trained naturally) chipped walls to form the perfect backdrop for any painting or accessory they may choose to highlight. The many different walls created here have wall coverings in linen and jute to build on the layers and give them multiple options to play with. From here you walk into the turquoise room and then the vintage brown room. Georgian bars with fluted glass form partitions that tease you into a sense of curiosity as you move from one space to the next!

Studio Orion has long been a favourite of ours in their field and are impeccable in everything they do and our special relationship with them goes a long way back and beyond just business! We are thrilled to showcase them in a new light!
