‘White and classy and luxury finishes’ was the brief from the man of the house.‘Super modern and minimal’ was the brief from their son!
Tearing my hair out – Me!!!This was the birth of the theme for the Hibiscus Home.
A modern, straight lined duplex home with a very Indian accent, it is spread over 4000 square feet, with 3 bedrooms, a living and dining area, a bar and a sit out, this space subtly embraces the hibiscus theme starting from the entry brass inlay that takes your eye onto the abstracted hibiscus wall inlay on the double height wall opposite the main door.
Enveloping the home and pulling together this theme are the signature hibiscus colors of red and green with the red marble flooring and the green stained doors.
Every piece of furniture has been painstakingly customized and curated for this project. Every piece and every fabric has been made and sourced in India. With this project, most definitely God is in the details!
